• gangrenous cholecystitis, cholecystitis complicated by mechanical jaundice, pancreatitis, abscesses, peritonitis. If necessary, cholecystitis is performed with drainage of the choledochus, cholangiography, removal of stones from the ducts;
• perforated ulcers of the stomach, duodenum, gastric stenosis;
• all types of hernias (postoperative, inguinal, umbilical, femoral, diaphragmatic), which are complicated by obstruction, peritonitis, perforation. Hernias are performed using modern materials, such as polypropylene nets, self-fixing nets, 3D MAX nets, nets with a special protective coating, mainly laparoscopically;
• appendicitis, pancreatitis, pancreatic necrosis, appendicular infiltrates, abdominal abscesses, liver cysts, thoracic surgery (hemothorax, pneumothorax), lung injury, lung disease, surgery on veins (venectomy), arteries (trauma, embulectomy) on the intestine, all operations on the skin and subcutaneous tissue, coccyx cysts, atheromas, lipomas, pilonidal cysts, coccygeal passages, rectal prolapse, hemorrhoids, pararectal fistulas.

Surgical interventions are performed on modern equipment laparoscopically using modern Paton devices, laser devices.
